Floor Manager for a new evening concept
Cadence Group is looking for a committed and proactive evening service floor manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a motivating working environment.
About the position:
As a service floor manager, you will have a central role in daily operations for a newly developed evening concept that acts as an extension of a well established daytime operation. Together with the General Manager, you’ll work to create and execute on a service style that reflects our concept and values, as well as develop and manage a new evening service team.
Your primary responsibilities as a Evening service floor Manager:
- Overall responsibility for the daily operation and development of the evening concept
- Daily management of evening service and staff during service
- Ensure a welcoming and professional guest experience
- Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and hygiene regulations
- Shift planning together with the General Manager
- Development and implementation of new strategies to improve restaurant performance
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of guest management
- Good understanding of wine
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evening working hours, including weekend shifts
- Knowledge of, or experience with Australian hospitality service is a plus
