Cadence Morning Floor Manager
Cadence Group is looking for a committed and proactive morning service floor manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a motivating working environment.
About the position:
As a service floor manager, you will have a central role in daily operations for a newly developed evening concept that acts as an extension of a well established daytime operation. Together with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, you’ll work to create and execute on a service style that reflects our concept and values, as well as develop and manage a new evening service team.
Your primary responsibilities as a Morning service floor Manager:
Overall responsibility for the daily operation and development of the evening concept
Daily management of morning service and staff during service
Ensure a welcoming and professional guest experience
Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and hygiene regulations
Development and implementation of new strategies to improve restaurant performance
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
Strong understanding of guest management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work evening working hours, including weekend shifts
Knowledge of, or experience with Australian hospitality service is a plus
